Jennifer Molinari is a registered psychologist who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults and their families improve their health and psychological wellbeing through a range of evidence-based therapies.
By helping others focus on their strengths and values, Jenni teaches effective coping skills around acceptance and mindfulness with a warm, passionate and down-to-earth approach.
With over 8 years experience, primarily working with vulnerable and high risk youth, she has been in private practice for the past year and enjoys working with a wide range of client presentations.
Her special interests include:
* Mood Disorders including Bipolar Disorder and Depression
* Anxiety Disorders including OCD, stress management
* Coaching Psychology for those who are not suffering from a mental health concern but would like to enhance their life’s meaning, productivity and relationships.
Jenni has completed extensive training in Positive Psychology, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
As a Board Accredited Supervisor, Jenni loves to share her skills and knowledge through mentoring and supervising fellow psychologists and psychologists-in-training.
Jenni is fully registered with the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
